Process flow
unifiedESS is a web-base system that allows you to "Self service" on respective human resource's transactions. To perform this, there will be a process flow in unifiedESS to handle the requests between employees and superiors. The diagram below shows the overall flow of unifiedESS request escalation and handling flow:
