What is unifiedESS? |
Welcome to unifiedESS, a web-based self care system which stands for Unified Employee Self Service. There are two main modules from unifiedESS:
ESSNet - Designed to allow employees to interact with superiors (or vice-versa), maintain Change Request and view historical records of respective employees. Change request in ESSNet allows employees to request for changes to be made in their personal related details such as: employee address, family details, employment and etc. The changes will be revealed in the system once the request had been approved by the employee’s respective superior.
FLOWNet - Designed to allow employees to create, manage and escalate their Application Request, where superiors will have the authority to either approve or to reject this application. Application Request in FLOWNet is the request of employee's application. For example: leave application, claim submission, overtime requisition and etc.
Employee and superior can perform all tasks mentioned above by just using an Internet browser over a company's Intranet, without requiring any interaction from any internal or external party's representative.
unifiedESS highlights:
Reduce manual data entry (especially from HR and Finance departments) and provide employee an effective environment to manage their information and request, in a paperless environment.
Better security features: SSL secured logon mode, LDAP integration and "Double login" upon requesting E-Payslip information.
An organized online escalation flow to handle employee's request and superior's approval/reject request. Escalation of applications will be defined by a preset routing, subject to company’s workflow setting.
Automated near real time ESS data synchronization (depends on setting) with Orisoft related applications such as unifiedHCM, unifiedPAY and unifiedTMS.
Easy access environment and all in one view including the current and historical information.
